Avoidance: Spend without consideration, avoid looking at money, dismiss income, I work rather than enjoy life, I spend it all, I enjoy life to the detriment of valuing money.
These are all beliefs that stem from a Avoidance #WealthWound.
Receptiveness opens us to the possibility of good things coming into our lives, and helps us to break free from an avoidant mindset.
An avoidant mindset causes us to reject opportunities, hide away from possibilities, or refuse to give ourselves permission to attempt something new and challenging.
We can become avoidant by avoiding looking at money, and avoiding looking at our bank account or expenses. And this is so understandable! It can be painful to not have what we want, and your bank account can be a reminder of that.
When we develop receptiveness, however, it provides us with the courage and confidence needed to live with intention.
You can’t heal your #WealthWound by avoiding it.
This sense of openness also helps us become more open to money flowing to us.
Receptiveness opens up pathways that were once unseen. By simply being open and willing, we create space for creativity, exploration and new insights. This enables us to not only to manifest our goals, but also experience greater joy in the process. Ultimately, this allows us to have a deeper appreciation for life – and isn’t that the point of wanting more money anyway?
When we embrace receptiveness and receiving, it allows us to see beyond any current circumstances – towards a brighter future where anything is possible.

For years, I thought making more money was mostly about better strategy and taking more action. But I kept running into patterns that strategy couldn’t solve.
Learning to work with my mindset, subconscious patterns, nervous system and capacity to receive changed the way I approached both money and business. These are the kinds of tools I wish I’d had when I first started doing that work.
After using these mindset and nervous system tools, I was able to learn how to RECEIVE, and manifested $13k in one month that didn’t involve sales or action in my business.
