You’re great at what you do.

Let Me make it easier, so you can focus on your genius.

Marketing & Business Support – On Your Terms

You’re great at what you do. Let me make it easier for you to stay in your zone of genius. Whether you need strategy, implementation, or team support, I provide expert-level marketing services without the hassle of hiring full-time staff.

Retainer Clients Get Ongoing Support & Priority Access

If you know you’ll need consistent marketing or business support, a retainer ensures I prioritize your projects.

Retainer clients receive lower rates and dedicated availability.

Retainer Commitment

  • Requires a minimum commitment of 3 hours per month.

💫 Implementation Retainer

  • Retainer: $150 hourly
  • Non-Retainer: $175 hourly
  • Delegating is very difficult before you have SOP’s, the ability to do it yourself, or the budget to have a consistent team
  • For CEOs who don’t have the team to implement OR don’t want to hire someone new for short-term projects.
  • I’ll handle execution, whether it’s websites, automations, sales pages, systems, hiring and training teams, course platforms, ads, copywriting, planning, or more

💫 Consulting & Coaching

  • Retainer: $150 hourly
  • Non-Retainer: $450 hourly
  • We meet 1-8 times per month to identify the plan, set priorities, and strategize.
  • I’ll leverage 14+ years of online business and marketing experience to help you choose the best direction and optimize your efforts.
  • You can also use this time for team training and management.

💡 Consulting at these rates is only available if I’m also doing regular implementation. My other coaching clients pay $450/hour.

There is a 30-day notice to change or cancel. This means that after you give notice of changes, there will be one more month of service as-is.

How It Works

My goal for this role is to make sure that implementation is never a barrier to making your vision come to life.

  • This is more than a VA, because I’m thinking with you, and can make autonomous decisions when needed.
  • This is different than an OBM, because it’s focused on marketing implementation and expertly thinking with you and often FOR you on strategy.
  • This is unique from other roles on your team, because my goal is to support you on-demand when possible, and be your right hand and thought partner.
  • This is different than an agency because YOU are the magic. You don’t need to outsource your magic to an agency – you need to be supported and understood by your team.
  • As a former marketing manager at multiple multi-million startup-type environments, I’m also able to empower and lead your team.

You're a visionary. You need to stay out of the weeds.

You have a successful business, and you have a pretty small team.

That means…

>> Maybe you have an assistant, but they’re not really skilled in marketing or tech so a lot of review or training is needed
>> You don’t really have a thought partner, and you’re on your own for strategy and decision making unless you hire a coach
>> You often do a lot of the work yourself, because it’s faster, because you want to, or because you can’t get your head around operating procedures

Content creation, marketing, visionary, operations, HR, with some tedious tasks and projects delegated here and there.

I’m a manifesting generator with a very technical background in marketing and I LIKE doing a lot in my business.

And because I’m intuitive, and know a lot about marketing (maybe like you), this has been the fastest way to get things done…

…Until it wasn’t.

As you’ve grown,
your capability hasn’t changed,
but your capacity HAS.

You’re struggling to…

>> Manage your team, especially on special projects
>> Make sure that important ideas come to life
>>Optimize your tech and processes and your business has grown
>> Sell offers as much as you’d like
>> Deliver multiple offers at once (launching a new offer, while a recent one has to be fulfilled, or is ongoing)

As an Intuitive Integrator, these are the barriers I help remove.

My primary job is to help facilitate your implementation, marketing and team, so you can return to focusing on your MAGIC.

(Because that, after all, is what got you here in the first place.)

I am a space holder for you.

The Intuitive Integrator isn’t just a service.

It’s a strategic advantage.

In the fast-paced landscape of your growing business, you need a cohesive and streamlined approach to marketing and managing your tools and team.

The problem is: you know what you want and when you want it…and you don’t want to wait to delegate and train someone.

This means you might DIY a lot. And DIY’ing a lot as the CEO means you’re either constantly overlapping promotions, or letting things fall through the cracks.

If you’re tired of the constant semi-chaos, I’d love to support you as an Intuitive Marketing Integrator.

What CEO's Are Saying...

“I feel so clear today, knowing all of this sh*t in my brain is being taken over. Knowing all this stuff I need to do is going to get done.

What a huge relief.”

Rae, Leadership Coach

“FANTASTIC!!! You are absolutely amazing. I swear to God, you are the reason I am getting excited about my business.

I never knew how to do any of this.”

Jenni, Spiritual Advisor

“I won’t do it on camera, but I feel like I could cry.”

This is what Will said after working together for two months. He’d been working on a passion project for over 3 years and hired tons of contractors to help. But no one had been able to connect the dots from his brain to real life.

Will, Real Estate Investor and Serial Startup Founder

“You’re the Digital Marketing Manager, but I consider you my right hand. You’re the one making sure we get all these projects done.”

Tracy, Fractional CMO, and Serial Startup Founder

“I’ve been working for [client] for over 15 years years, and this is the first time in ages I feel like things are actually moving.”

Executive Assistant of a Client

Some Results

This is a brand new offer, but here are some ways I’ve worked with clients since November 2023

Gained three qualified leads for multiple seven figure contracts in the first 30 days by implementing a follow up campaign for in person events.

Launched digital marketing department for a niche engineering firm that has over $200M in annual sales. Became a project manager and integrator for team, tracking projects and deadlines for CMO and creating SOP’s for the marketing department so they can launch an intern program.

Became the CMO’s right hand, capturing team ideas and holding the team accountable to plans. Documented all visionary ideas, and made sure there was a “place” for ideas to not disappear into the void.

Supported a coach and course creator to sell more often by creating systems, and helping with technical implementation of launches. This allowed her to focus on ideation and her creative flow, and empowered her to sell multiple offers at once, allowing her to reduce her 1:1 coaching and focus on courses and groups.

Project managed a financial empowerment program for parents of teens that had been in the works for over 3 years, by coordinating with and managing the existing team and removing technical barriers and project management barriers.

Implemented a client follow up system that automated transcripts and recordings and their delivery to clients after every one-on-one meeting.

Complete course migration and sales page migration from Teachable to Thrivecart, and from a booking system to Thrivecart, in less than two weeks.

Launched and implemented content marketing plan to support sales team and position company as an authority in their industry, without training or onboarding. Created SOP’s to empower the team.

Automate client onboarding for coaching sales, including everything from sales, to welcome call, to call booking, to preparation for calls and follow up.

Completed course migration to System.io and Membervault in two weeks, that had been in progress for 3+ months. Took on over 70 projects and replaced the CEO in the management process, so she could focus on her magic again.

The Integrator role is right for you if…

  • You’re ready for a Marketing Manager, but aren’t ready to hire full time (or don’t want to ever have full time employees)
  • You’ve been working for WAY too long to see your ideas come to life, and you’d rather invest in a manager than invest more of your time and brain space
  • You have an existing team you don’t know how to manage, or can’t manage because you have no processes or don’t understand your tech
  • You have a BIG project coming up – course migration, platform migration, new brand, etc., and you need support in getting it done
