Do I have to have an email list already?
Not necessarily – but you DO need: traffic, an audience, and to have some income coming in from the blog. You need to have *at least* one of the following:
- 300 email subscribers
- 2,000 Instagram followers
- 5,000 monthly page views
We also think the program is best for creators that have made SOME money with their blog.
What if I miss a coaching call?
We structured the program to make sure that if you miss calls, you can still make progress in the program. That’s one of many reasons we have not just a group for support, but content submissions! That said, we find the calls extremely helpful for accountability, camaraderie and community. We also record the coaching calls and post the replays a couple times a month.
What if technology is a challenge for me?
We have a lot of technical tutorials in the course content, and we are also available to answer a wide range of technical questions in the community. That said, we expect you to have some proficiency and DIY ability when it comes to your blog.
When will I get access to the course content?
As soon as you enroll, you’ll receive a receipt, a welcome email and you’ll be automatically enrolled into our Thinkific platform. Thinkific will email you directly regarding your login, but because you’re automatically enrolled, you can simply reset your password anytime to gain access if you lose your original password. Your welcome email provides access to the group as well.
What results can I expect?
Results vary depending on where you are in your blogging journey. If you start with nothing, you can expect (at the very least) to increase traffic, have an automated way to grow your email list, have an offer that is somewhat validated, and do your first low energy launch. If you have a large existing audience but aren’t making money (or not much) you can expect to see much bigger results. Students’ results range from making their first money EVER, to making $15,000 in their first 30 days.
Will this work for my niche?
We have had a wide range of niches graduate MAP! Mental health bloggers, teachers, food bloggers, home decor, spirituality, relationships, minimalist, tarot cards, finance, mom blogs, and more. Because we are helping you to create and sell your own offer, the niches that fit best into the program have an educational component. For example: some travel bloggers wouldn’t be a good fit if they are too focused on simply sharing experiences. The travel bloggers that have been successful in MAP sell checklists, guides or services.
What if my blog is brand new?
If you have less than 20 blog posts, and have no email list, followers, traffic or income AT ALL – this is probably going to be a bigger challenge for you than you would like.
Who is this for?
The Monetization Accelerator Program is for content creators who have an existing blog or audience who want to increase their income or diversify their income by creating and actually selling their own courses, services, coaching, or other products.
Some success stories have high traffic but are dependent on ads and brand deals and want more control over their income. One success story had a very small blog with low traffic, but had 5,000 followers on Instagram and was able to quit her nursing income. Another had a small blog, but was able to get coaching clients from her small email list and Instagram following of around 500.
We define “content creator” as a blogger or an influencer. But the main requirement is that you HAVE an audience already.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no refunds, no cancellations, and no exceptions. Life happens, and it happens to me too! But unfortunately, too often people use cancellations as their way out when things get hard. This program is going to push you to IMPLEMENT. Sometimes it will be fun, sometimes it will be hard, but every time – people amaze themselves. Commit to yourself and you will see breakthroughs.
