A 12-week nervous system coaching program designed to help you move from stress and dysregulation into ease, confidence, and expansion.

Using somatic techniques, nervous system education, intuition and embodied coaching,

You’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, expand your capacity, and rise into the life you desire.

Foundations & Awareness

In Phase One: Foundations & Awareness, you'll learn to tune into your body with the "feeler" exercise, setting the stage for nervous system regulation.

We’ll explore your personal goals, introduce parts work to identify protectors and wounds, and begin dialoguing with body constrictions.

You’ll also learn nervous system responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and map your unique stress patterns. Finally, we’ll focus on emotional regulation, using somatic techniques like shaking, tapping, and breathwork to release stored tension and create balance.

Deepening Trust & Capacity

In Phase Two: Deepening Trust & Capacity, you'll refine your awareness of different inner parts, learning how to ask some to step aside while allowing others to step forward, strengthening self-trust and nervous system safety.

You’ll develop body-based decision-making, recognizing a somatic ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to align choices with your intuition. We’ll also explore somatic manifesting, expanding your capacity to receive abundance, success, and love without contraction.

Finally, you'll connect nervous system health to overall well-being, adopting lifestyle habits that support vitality, balance, and long-term resilience.

Integration & Embodiment

In Phase Three: Integration & Embodiment, you'll explore how attachment patterns show up in your body and learn to regulate your nervous system in relationships through self-soothing and co-regulation.

We’ll then focus on rewriting old patterns, addressing resistance, and stepping into a new, embodied sense of self. You'll expand your capacity for joy and pleasure, learning to stay regulated while receiving more ease, success, and connection.

Finally, we’ll reflect on your growth, create a personalized nervous system roadmap, and close with an embodiment practice to anchor lasting transformation.
