In my journey of healing money trauma, I’m realizing how much energy I lose trying to hold onto things that are hurting me.

Resentment. Betrayal. Disappointment. Validation. The need for apologies.

I want people who hurt me to see their part, change, understand me, choose me, or make things right.

And underneath all of it was a painful realization:

No one is coming to save me.

And not everyone is interested in personal responsibility.

At first, that awareness felt devastating. Like the floor disappeared beneath me.

But over time, it became one of the most empowering things in my life.

Because if the way I feel doesn’t depend on someone else, then I get to take back control, even if I am truly wronged.

This deeply relates to my journey of learning to manifest. 

For years, I thought my biggest issue was making more money.

Then I realized in 2022 that manifest depends on feeling good, and I had no idea ow to even feel at all. Once I learned how to become emotionally elegant, I discovered another issue.

There were some wounds I moved through, and others that lingered. I carry old hurt, unresolved anger, attachment, fear, and survival patterns. Even as I grew my profit again, parts of me still felt stuck in old emotional loops.

The next shifts in my life aren’t asking me to do better in my business, they are asking me to dig deeper into my being.

And the higher version of me is asking me to get better letting go.

Letting go of resentment.
Letting go of the need for closure.
Letting go of relationships and dynamics that kept me emotionally activated.
Letting go of the belief that peace would come from other people finally becoming who I needed them to be.

And as I continue doing this work, I notice my nervous system softening in a way that allows me to think more clearly, trust myself more deeply, and move through life with far less emotional reactivity. My intuition becomes easier to hear, opportunities feel more aligned and abundant, my relationships become healthier and more secure, and my business grows in a way that feels both more profitable and more sustainable.

And that’s why I’m creating this experience.

Sometimes the thing blocking the manifestation isn’t that you’re bad at it, but that the emotional weight you’re carrying is blocking you subconscously.

The Art of Letting Go Experience is a live, interactive somatic healing series designed to help you process resentment, emotional attachment, grief, disappointment, anger, and unresolved emotional loops in a grounded and supportive way.

This experience blends nervous system regulation, emotional processing, mindset work, boundaries, personal responsibility, and somatic healing practices to help you release what’s been emotionally weighing you down and create more internal safety for peace, clarity, and aligned manifestation.

This is not about bypassing your emotions or forcing forgiveness.

It’s about learning how to stop carrying pain that is draining your energy, keeping you emotionally activated, or preventing you from fully moving forward.

Do I have to participate live?

Not at all. You’re welcome to participate live, listen quietly, or simply watch the replays afterward.

The live element is meant to create a deeper sense of support, regulation, and real-time integration, but there is no pressure to share.

Yes. My work blends somatic healing, nervous system support, mindset coaching, and emotional processing in a gentle and grounded way.

This experience is not about “pushing through” emotions or shaming yourself for what you feel.

The intention is to help you create more internal safety so your body no longer has to stay stuck in fight, flight, hypervigilance, shutdown, or emotional overactivation.


Is this only about relationships?

No. While relationship pain and family dynamics may absolutely come up, this work also applies to:

  • betrayal or rejection

  • friendship dynamics
  • unmet expectations
  • identity shifts
