You’ve probably heard of the word “alignment” before when it comes to making certain decisions in your life or business. But…
I’ve been teaching about mindset since 2019, but it’s crazy to me how little understood about mindset, alignment and embodiment until after 2022, when I got my somatic healing certification.
Doing things in an aligned way means making decisions and taking actions that are in harmony with your core values, beliefs, and goals.
It involves being true to yourself, ensuring that your actions are consistent with your deeper sense of purpose, and moving towards your objectives in a way that feels authentic and right for you.
Alignment often brings a sense of ease and flow, as opposed to resistance or stress, because your actions are congruent with who you are and what you truly want.
In a business or personal growth context, alignment might mean choosing strategies that resonate with your values, working with clients who share your vision, or pursuing opportunities that feel right on a gut level.
You can achieve a ton of success without ever being, or feeling, aligned.
When you’re aligned, the thing you’re reaching for becomes more sustainable. Not only that, but you’re more likely to experience fulfillment because you’re not forcing yourself into situations or actions that don’t feel good to you.
If you’re on this page, you either want to get clients, or you’re already getting them but feel there might be a better way.
You can force and climb and claw your way to success. Some people feel pride in the difficulty in which their success comes.
And I’m not saying that your goals will be easy to achieve.
(Or receive…but that’s another course.)
What I believe strongly in however, is that your success doesn’t have to be painful.
Climbing for your goals doesn’t have to result in trauma, like it did for me and many of my past clients and colleagues.
Moving forward can happen through building strength, rather than creating wounds and scars.
That’s the energetics of why the HOW matters.
On the practical side…
With my extensive experience helping clients, and after investing over multiple-six-figures in coaching and masterminds, I’ve seen a lot of strategies.
There’s a framework that always works.
And if you know the framework, then you can put together a custom marketing plan that not only feels good to your nervous system, but also makes money.
